What we would store, and what we do not.

The application form

The Health Check application form asks for company name, work email, country, business type, food category, and two separate consents. Optionally, it also asks for the number of employees, the number of active products, the ERP or system you use, whether historical sales and stock data are available, and your stock and purchasing challenges. The application does not require uploading any records. Those fields are stored in an EU database that is not publicly readable, kept with the consent text, the consent version (2026-10-31.1) and the time. The current application wording is: “I agree to be contacted about my application for the free Stock & Purchasing Health Check. I understand that applying does not guarantee acceptance, that this is not a purchase, and that the application does not require uploading any records.” The weekly wording, only if you opt in, is: “I agree to receive the free Weekly Market and Demand Intelligence email. It is separate from the Health Check application. I can unsubscribe at any time. The briefing is general market context, not a forecast for my company.”

Where it would be stored

The lead list sits in a database under EU jurisdiction, written only by the server. There is no public read access on the lead table. If storage is ever not connected, the form says so before you submit.

Scenario inputs and analytics

Scenario inputs, such as costs, hours and percentages, stay in your browser. They are not written to the lead record and they are not sent to analytics. If we add analytics later, it will only record simple events, such as which scenario was opened. It is not connected in this build.

Cookies

The site remembers your cookie-banner choice in your browser's local storage. No analytics or advertising cookies are set in this build, whatever you choose; the optional categories are off unless you switch them on.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to admin@colvmn.eu. A retention period is not fixed yet; until it is, we keep application data only until you ask us to delete it. We do not claim a security certification.
